San Tan Ford opened its doors in 2007, as the newest and more advanced Ford dealership in North America.
Today, this stunning facility features Ford’s new products and technologies, state-of-the-art facilities, and customer service and amenities that are second-to-none. But what sets San Tan Ford truly apart from the competition – and accounts for its success – is its staff. Good car people who know their stuff, sure. But better than that, just good people.

The San Tan Ford staff and our families call the East Valley home. We work, live and play here. We feel that as a growing business, we have a responsibility to the growth and well-being of our home community.
So, it’s no wonder we’re heavily involved. Golf tournaments to raise money for scholarships, funds to help children with cancer, a donation to the Gilbert 911 memorial, support for the Lt. Eric Shuhandler Memorial Fund, and sponsorships for Hamilton High, Boys and Girls Clubs of the East Valley, Gilbert Fire Department, Queen Creek Rodeo, Cardinals Charities, car seat safety. And the list keeps growing.

At the top, is General Manager Tim Hovik. Beginning in January 2010, San Tan Ford set a new course for success under the leadership of Tim. Mired in the recession, high unemployment, a crashing housing market and automotive bailouts, Tim jumped at the chance to turn the dealership around. Having run #1 dealerships here in the Valley and the largest Ford store in Las Vegas, Tim was the right choice to lead its growth into a profitable business and a powerful community partner in the East Valley.
Headed by Tim, the entire team is passionate about Ford, enthusiastic about customer service and committed to giving back to their community. And it shows.
We want to say thank-you to the organizations that have recognized our contributions. We’re proud to be the 2010 Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Business Award winner. And the 2011 Gilbert Chamber of Commerce “Large Business of the Year.”
But our proudest award is the Ford Motor company President’s Award in 2008 and 2010. The prestigious award recognizes a handful of dealerships that have excelled by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. We know that it’s because of our outstanding staff that goes beyond their daily tasks to make a difference to their customers.
