In the world of car buying, San Tan Ford is a 5-star treat! Yes, it really is the best. If you have past car buying experience, you will not just like, but love the experience at San Tan Ford. First, you can tell that the employees and sales staff love working there. They all are happy, engage you in greetings, and they are in shorts and polo shirts. Here's my experience: I like to drive my cars in the "sweet spot" 20K to 70K miles, then trade them so I have miles and warranty on my side. I saw a 3 year old Ford Explorer on their lot that was "Ford Blue Certified." That means that it comes with a Ford warranty for 100K miles. AWESOME. I talked to Cameron Miller the Assistant Sales Manager. Our negotiations were quick and there was no pressure tactics used. It was all honest and straightforward. I got a newer Explorer, a Ford warranty, and a clean CarFax with a great story. And the even better news, I wasn't delayed at all, the transaction from test drive to out the door was the fastest that I have ever experienced; that included trading my older Explorer and adding a new financing package. I stopped in after work and was back home by sunset, just a couple of hours total! Even if you live outside the Valley Metroplex, I'd say it is well worth the drive to save you both time and money and to give you the satisfaction of a "deal" well done! And, if you're planning to go, give my new friend Cameron Miller a shout. You and your wallet will be glad you did. PS: Tell him Roy sent you!

I used San Tan Ford mobile oil change service for the first time. Very happy with this service, tech was on time, polite and very efficient. The service oil change and tire rotation and top off all fluids was completed in under an hour.

I bought an F-250 from Ellie at San Tan Ford in March/April of this year, and she has bent over backwards for me every step of the way. Her responsiveness, communication, and commitment to customer service created the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. What really sets Ellie apart is that the sale didn't end when I drove off the lot. Recently, I reached out about an issue with a fuse in my truck bed. Even though Ellie has since moved to Florida, she responded in less than five minutes and immediately connected me with someone still at San Tan Ford. He contacted me in less than ten minutes and got the ball rolling. I have the unfortunate luck of being a moving target and have purchased more than eight vehicles over the last five years. Because of that, I've worked with plenty of dealerships and salespeople. Without question, Ellie stands out as the best. Her professionalism, follow-through, and genuine care for her customers are second to none. In all seriousness, if Ellie is selling vehicles in Florida when I'm ready for my next purchase, I may just buy my next truck there. And if she's not, I'll gladly take her recommendation on who to work with at San Tan Ford. Every person I've dealt with there has made the process seamless, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. Worked with Gilbert for a few weeks and he found an awesome deal on a great Black Widow F-150. After spending time with me and taking a few test drives, he knew exactly what I was looking for. So, when the truck came in as a trade in with 5200 miles on it. He text me with pictures and details. After another test drive and discussion, Gilbert did a great job getting the deal done. Since that time I have talked to a few other people at San Tan Ford and all were great to talk to and help me along. I look forward to a long relationship with both DT Ford & Gilbert. The service advisor went over and above to accommodate the additional work, not originally on the schedule. He also replaced my battery under the bumper to bumper warranty.

I have increasingly good service from San Tan Ford between Quick Lane and the accessories dept. They are very thorough and communicate well. This my choice of service location and repeatedly come here for my service or additions to my Superduties. They seem to be dialed in. 09/19/26 again, had a leaking pinion seal on the rear end and told them I had to wait. They promptly started and were finish in about 2 hours. They got me in and out.

Ford mobile service is one of the best services i have experienced in many many years. 5 star service with skilled quality Technicians! From hose replacement to add ons of oil change and tire rotation, all performed at my home after having my truck towed home the previous night. Repaired the truck bleed the entire cooling system and not one drop on the ground after tech was complete with work. Thank you!

Great service and experience!

The morning of our oil change, our second Ford vehicle got a flat tire. The tech was so kind to put the spare on for us and top the spare with air (it only had 9psi!). We REALLY appreciated his kindness to do this, we would’ve been in a tough spot otherwise. The technician did superbly with our regular oil change and service and was very kind! Thank you SO MUCH!

The mobile service offered at Santan Ford is the best thing since sliced bread. They are able to come to my location to service my F350 6.7 and perform most major services including oil and fluid changes, filters, tire rotation and even the recalls that were needing to be done. I found this dealer and service because I was exhausted dealing with Autonation which I do NOT recommend. I took my vehicle from Scottsdale down to Santan one time and they explained the mobile service option and I have been using it every since. Manny the tech was so professional and the rest of the staff. Save yourself the time of driving to the dealership or any other auto service center. Use this service

Brought my Lincoln in for a recall and the service was great. They even offered me a complimentary ride home. “Excellent. I’ll take the GT.” “Sir, that’s a display vehicle.” “Then why did you display my ride home?” Honestly, pretty disappointing. You have a 660-hp, twin-turbo V6, carbon-fiber supercar sitting right there, yet apparently it’s not part of the customer shuttle fleet. Otherwise, great service. Five stars. Hopefully management reconsiders its unnecessarily restrictive Ford GT transportation policy. 🤣

If you need to buy a vehicle San Tan Ford is the place to go. Start to finish the process was easy. There was no pressure, no hard sales. Just easy. After inquiring online, Ellie reached out to me about an explorer I was interested in. The whole financing process happened in about 30-40 minutes via text and a couple phone calls. Great staff on the sales front. They took care of us and we left very happy. They have a huge selection of vehicles which got us our truck, one that I haven't seen anywhere else. Then the custom shop did an amazing job with all the little details to make the truck incredible and unique. Our financing guy made it simple and painless. Overall it was a great experience. We looked everywhere in the state to find the best vehicle for us, and San Tan worked with us every step of the way to find that truck. We had one small issue, the floor mats were not the ones on the window sticker, but they immediately ordered them, so the problem was resolved. The experience was comfortable, and we did not feel rushed or pressured.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a dealership!

Emmanuel Benally (Manny) made this the easiest and best car-buying experience I've had. From the beginning, he listened to exactly what I was looking for and somehow found an option that was even better than I expected. We were trading in two vehicles, and one of them decided to develop A/C problems at the worst possible time. Without hesitation, Manny drove it from Casa Grande to San Tan Ford - with the windows down in August in Arizona, in a car with leather seats. That level of dedication and willingness to go above and beyond says everything about his work ethic. He made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free. We have bought multiple vehicles from San Tan Ford as well as use their service area for oil changes and car repairs. So when it was time to get a new truck, I went to Colby and asked what he felt he saw less of in the repair department. He gave me his honest answer, like he always has and then I went to the sales department and spoke to Tyree. At the time, I told Tyree it would be a couple months but we were looking and just need to know some of the breakdowns of the new trucks that have come out this year. Tyree was very knowledgeable. He was quick and fast knew the answers, didn’t try to hard sell me, and told me when I was ready to give him a call. Two months later, I was ready and because of his patience and not trying to have me buy something right then, I immediately called him back to purchase, at the time we were out of state, but he worked great with me over the phone and text. Tyree was responsive, thorough, and paid attention to all the details that we asked. Tyree was gone that weekend, but he made sure to get his sales manager JD involved so that it was quick and easy when I came to pick up the truck after flying in. I was very impressed with the quick process and would definitely buy more vehicles from them again.

After taking our truck to the Ford dealer where we live and got absolutely nowhere with the service dept, we went to San Tan Ford. We had a great experience with the Service Department. The Service Manager Leslie was so nice and easy to deal with. I told my husband, "You watch...a woman is in charge which means things are going to get done right the first time!" LOL. All kidding aside, everyone in the service department was pleasant and helpful which was much appreciated. Highly recommend San Tan Ford Service Department.
