We had a great experience working with Mike Grace at San Tan Ford. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, taking the time to help us find the best deal without making us feel pressured or rushed. What we appreciated most was his patience with our family. We had our 1-year-old and 8-year-old with us, running around and playing throughout the dealership, and Mike was incredibly understanding and patient the entire time. He made what can normally be a stressful car-buying experience much easier and more comfortable for us. We really appreciate his professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with us. Emmanuel Benally (Manny) made this the easiest and best car-buying experience I've had. From the beginning, he listened to exactly what I was looking for and somehow found an option that was even better than I expected. We were trading in two vehicles, and one of them decided to develop A/C problems at the worst possible time. Without hesitation, Manny drove it from Casa Grande to San Tan Ford - with the windows down in August in Arizona, in a car with leather seats. That level of dedication and willingness to go above and beyond says everything about his work ethic. He made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about taking care of his customers, ask for Manny. We have bought multiple vehicles from San Tan Ford as well as use their service area for oil changes and car repairs. So when it was time to get a new truck, I went to Colby and asked what he felt he saw less of in the repair department. He gave me his honest answer, like he always has and then I went to the sales department and spoke to Tyree. At the time, I told Tyree it would be a couple months but we were looking and just need to know some of the breakdowns of the new trucks that have come out this year. Tyree was very knowledgeable. He was quick and fast knew the answers, didn’t try to hard sell me, and told me when I was ready to give him a call. Two months later, I was ready and because of his patience and not trying to have me buy something right then, I immediately called him back to purchase, at the time we were out of state, but he worked great with me over the phone and text. Tyree was responsive, thorough, and paid attention to all the details that we asked. Tyree was gone that weekend, but he made sure to get his sales manager JD involved so that it was quick and easy when I came to pick up the truck after flying in. I was very impressed with the quick process and would definitely buy more vehicles from them again.

After taking our truck to the Ford dealer where we live and got absolutely nowhere with the service dept, we went to San Tan Ford. We had a great experience with the Service Department. The Service Manager Leslie was so nice and easy to deal with. I told my husband, "You watch...a woman is in charge which means things are going to get done right the first time!" LOL. All kidding aside, everyone in the service department was pleasant and helpful which was much appreciated. Highly recommend San Tan Ford Service Department.

Never bought a Ford before and never had to deal with San Tan Ford before, but they earned a returning customer today! I met Michael Grace when I arrived and told him what kind of truck I was looking for and he took me where I needed to go. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable on the F150’s I was looking at. My wife and I were very impressed with his customer service. This guy is outstanding! Staff here was such a pleasure, I was super hesitant on what I wanted and not once did I feel pressured into a sale or a vehicle I did not want, Norman and Ellie were top notch and very knowledgeable. I ultimately went with a vehicle from another dealer because it fit my needs better but the customer service at Santan Ford was above exceptional and better than 90% of dealers I’ve dealt with.

I have to say I actually had the BEST experience at Ford in the service department, Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with! First, I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality which these days is rare. She was easy to talk to and kept me updated every step of the way. Just always happy to answer any questions I had and like a girls girl. She didn’t make me feel dumb for not understanding my car. She genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly, and it made such a difference. I left feeling taken care of instead of stressed like I normally do Thank you, Ashley. I have had an incredible experience every time I’ve walked into this dealership. I bought a new 2024 F250 from them, and added a relatively cheap warranty plan to my purchase. After 25,000 miles, the suspension was having issues, and they fixed/replaced everything under warranty without a single question. They even replaced my battery as a free courtesy. Service manager Joshua is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He also texted me updates throughout the day as they were working on my truck. He originally gave me a 3-day estimated turnaround time, but I came in at 9am on Monday and picked up the truck at 6pm on Tuesday. I didn’t even schedule a service appointment. I was just a walk-in. Fast, quality, professional. 10/10 experience all around. I will always recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Ford.

Called in for a quote and it was the best price after calling around, add on top of that the fact that they will come to you for windshield replacement and recalibration, this was honestly a better start to the day than I imagined. You guys have helped start my anniversary off right and I’m hoping Lincoln and Jakob never quit because the service they provided was outstanding. Really loved working with Norman. I was there on 2 separate days, working with him both times to make a deal. He wasn't, arrogant, pushy, or making me feel rushed at all during my time there which was huge. Any one of those and I'd have gone elsewhere. He offered/brought me water more times than I can count which was great in the heat, went above and beyond across the board to make the deal I wanted work. Was a fantastic overall experience and a huge contrast to a lot of other salesmen I have dealt with over the years. If you are ever at San Tan Ford, ask for him.

Took my car in for service at Santan Ford, and let me just say—these folks know what they’re doing and how to keep you fed while you wait. I came in expecting long waits and the usual mystery-mechanic lingo, but instead I got quick, clear updates, professional service, and a waiting area that compares to a five-star hotel. Everyone was friendly, honest, and actually seemed to care about doing the job right the first time (a rare species in the wild world of car service). My car runs smoother, my stomach was full, and I left with zero stress—which is basically a miracle. Highly recommend. If your car needs some TLC and you need a cookie, chicken wrap and a break, this is the place.

Most of the places I go to I'm dropping off vehicles, especially dealerships, so I work with the service department a lot. It's very easy to get my questions answered and to figure out where I'm going to be taking the cars I'm towing in to. They are always offering refreshments and always allowing us to use the restroom. They understand that our job does not always allow us to have breaks for personal needs and that it's hot and we have to work in the heat all day. I'm very happy with this dealership. They treat tow truck drivers with respect

I took my F150 into San Tan Ford for a simple oil service and rotate. After their inspection, they found and replaced the leaking front struts (for no charge, as they were replace a couple of years ago with my extended warranty) and because of their extended service hours, the completed the repairs and I got my truck back that same day. Good experience. Sales team listened and was appropriately transparent. They honored my requests and didn’t hide behind ‘I have to take it to the manager’ shenanigans. Matt R was professional and fair to work with. I had a spray in bedliner added that had install quality issues (these are rare but happen) and STF made it right by fixing the issue in one day without any inconvenience to me. I’d buy from them again.

When you hear mention of the BBB you think Better Business Bureau...right? Well...at San Tan Ford the BBB meant Bob Johnston, Bob K, and Bryan (Hutch)! and you can add Bri to the mix! The atmosphere in this dealership is so chill and happy. I felt like I was a V.I.P. The entire experience was pretty smooth and I usually hate the thought of buying a car because it is usually a long, drawn out tug of war. Not at San Tan! I highly recommend you look up Bob K when you buy your next Ford. Please tell him I sent you :) Lynn UPDATE: We lost a great man, Bob K. But I will continue to stick with my belief that San Tan has a great team in Sales and Service!

I did not buy my vehicle from San Tan Ford but have taken it in for warranty work because it is much more conveniently located. I don’t think, yet, I have spent a dollar with these folks (warranty is up soon so I’m sure that will change) but they treat me like I’m family. My service advisor, Robert, listens carefully and makes sure he understands my concerns so he can document an accurate “customer states” narrative for the techs. This last time they took the extra care to check the vehicle out and even found a major issue I was not aware of, in addition to the issue for which I brought the vehicle in. Robert communicated well and provided accurate timelines for diagnosis and repair. I am temporarily unable to drive after having a hip replacement, so when the vehicle was finished the San Tan Ford valets brought it to my home for me. Again, I did not buy the car or a service agreement from them. The customer service is exceptional and these guys are my new go-to for more extensive repairs. I even told someone just yesterday that the next time I buy a car, it will be from San Tan Ford.

San Tan ford is a great place for Service. At the time, I told Tyree it would be a couple months but we were looking and just need to know some of the breakdowns of the new trucks that have come out this year. Tyree was very knowledgeable. He was quick and fast knew the answers, didn’t try to hard sell me, and told me when I was ready to give him a call. Two months later, I was ready and because of his patience and not trying to have me buy something right then, I immediately called him back to purchase, at the time we were out of state, but he worked great with me over the phone and text. Tyree was responsive, thorough, and paid attention to all the details that we asked. Tyree was gone that weekend, but he made sure to get his sales manager JD involved so that it was quick and easy when I came to pick up the truck after flying in. I was very impressed with the quick process and would definitely buy more vehicles from them again.

After taking our truck to the Ford dealer where we live and got absolutely nowhere with the service dept, we went to San Tan Ford. We had a great experience with the Service Department. The Service Manager Leslie was so nice and easy to deal with. I told my husband, "You watch...a woman is in charge which means things are going to get done right the first time!" LOL. All kidding aside, everyone in the service department was pleasant and helpful which was much appreciated. Highly recommend San Tan Ford Service Department.

Never bought a Ford before and never had to deal with San Tan Ford before, but they earned a returning customer today! Staff here was such a pleasure, I was super hesitant on what I wanted and not once did I feel pressured into a sale or a vehicle I did not want, Norman and Ellie were top notch and very knowledgeable. First, I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality which these days is rare. She was easy to talk to and kept me updated every step of the way. I have had an incredible experience every time I’ve walked into this dealership. I bought a new 2024 F250 from them, and added a relatively cheap warranty plan to my purchase. After 25,000 miles, the suspension was having issues, and they fixed/replaced everything under warranty without a single question. They even replaced my battery as a free courtesy. Service manager Joshua is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He also texted me updates throughout the day as they were working on my truck. He originally gave me a 3-day estimated turnaround time, but I came in at 9am on Monday and picked up the truck at 6pm on Tuesday. I didn’t even schedule a service appointment. I was just a walk-in. Fast, quality, professional. 10/10 experience all around. I will always recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Ford.

Really loved working with Norman. I was there on 2 separate days, working with him both times to make a deal. He wasn't, arrogant, pushy, or making me feel rushed at all during my time there which was huge. Any one of those and I'd have gone elsewhere. He offered/brought me water more times than I can count which was great in the heat, went above and beyond across the board to make the deal I wanted work. Was a fantastic overall experience and a huge contrast to a lot of other salesmen I have dealt with over the years. If you are ever at San Tan Ford, ask for him.

I came in expecting long waits and the usual mystery-mechanic lingo, but instead I got quick, clear updates, professional service, and a waiting area that compares to a five-star hotel. Everyone was friendly, honest, and actually seemed to care about doing the job right the first time (a rare species in the wild world of car service). My car runs smoother, my stomach was full, and I left with zero stress—which is basically a miracle. Highly recommend. If your car needs some TLC and you need a cookie, chicken wrap and a break, this is the place.

Most of the places I go to I'm dropping off vehicles, especially dealerships, so I work with the service department a lot. It's very easy to get my questions answered and to figure out where I'm going to be taking the cars I'm towing in to. They are always offering refreshments and always allowing us to use the restroom. They understand that our job does not always allow us to have breaks for personal needs and that it's hot and we have to work in the heat all day. I'm very happy with this dealership. They treat tow truck drivers with respect

I took my F150 into San Tan Ford for a simple oil service and rotate. After their inspection, they found and replaced the leaking front struts (for no charge, as they were replace a couple of years ago with my extended warranty) and because of their extended service hours, the completed the repairs and I got my truck back that same day. Good experience. Sales team listened and was appropriately transparent. They honored my requests and didn’t hide behind ‘I have to take it to the manager’ shenanigans. Matt R was professional and fair to work with. I had a spray in bedliner added that had install quality issues (these are rare but happen) and STF made it right by fixing the issue in one day without any inconvenience to me. When you hear mention of the BBB you think Better Business Bureau...right? Well...at San Tan Ford the BBB meant Bob Johnston, Bob K, and Bryan (Hutch)! and you can add Bri to the mix! The atmosphere in this dealership is so chill and happy. I felt like I was a V.I.P. The entire experience was pretty smooth and I usually hate the thought of buying a car because it is usually a long, drawn out tug of war. Not at San Tan! I highly recommend you look up Bob K when you buy your next Ford. Please tell him I sent you :) Lynn UPDATE: We lost a great man, Bob K. I did not buy my vehicle from San Tan Ford but have taken it in for warranty work because it is much more conveniently located. I don’t think, yet, I have spent a dollar with these folks (warranty is up soon so I’m sure that will change) but they treat me like I’m family. My service advisor, Robert, listens carefully and makes sure he understands my concerns so he can document an accurate “customer states” narrative for the techs. This last time they took the extra care to check the vehicle out and even found a major issue I was not aware of, in addition to the issue for which I brought the vehicle in. Robert communicated well and provided accurate timelines for diagnosis and repair. I am temporarily unable to drive after having a hip replacement, so when the vehicle was finished the San Tan Ford valets brought it to my home for me. Again, I did not buy the car or a service agreement from them. The customer service is exceptional and these guys are my new go-to for more extensive repairs. I even told someone just yesterday that the next time I buy a car, it will be from San Tan Ford.
