Really loved working with Norman. I was there on 2 separate days, working with him both times to make a deal. He wasn't, arrogant, pushy, or making me feel rushed at all during my time there which was huge. Any one of those and I'd have gone elsewhere. He offered/brought me water more times than I can count which was great in the heat, went above and beyond across the board to make the deal I wanted work. Was a fantastic overall experience and a huge contrast to a lot of other salesmen I have dealt with over the years. If you are ever at San Tan Ford, ask for him.

Took my car in for service at Santan Ford, and let me just say—these folks know what they’re doing and how to keep you fed while you wait. I came in expecting long waits and the usual mystery-mechanic lingo, but instead I got quick, clear updates, professional service, and a waiting area that compares to a five-star hotel. Everyone was friendly, honest, and actually seemed to care about doing the job right the first time (a rare species in the wild world of car service). My car runs smoother, my stomach was full, and I left with zero stress—which is basically a miracle. Highly recommend. If your car needs some TLC and you need a cookie, chicken wrap and a break, this is the place.

Most of the places I go to I'm dropping off vehicles, especially dealerships, so I work with the service department a lot. It's very easy to get my questions answered and to figure out where I'm going to be taking the cars I'm towing in to. They are always offering refreshments and always allowing us to use the restroom. They understand that our job does not always allow us to have breaks for personal needs and that it's hot and we have to work in the heat all day. I'm very happy with this dealership. They treat tow truck drivers with respect

I took my F150 into San Tan Ford for a simple oil service and rotate. After their inspection, they found and replaced the leaking front struts (for no charge, as they were replace a couple of years ago with my extended warranty) and because of their extended service hours, the completed the repairs and I got my truck back that same day. Thanks FORD!!

Good experience. Sales team listened and was appropriately transparent. They honored my requests and didn’t hide behind ‘I have to take it to the manager’ shenanigans. Matt R was professional and fair to work with. I had a spray in bedliner added that had install quality issues (these are rare but happen) and STF made it right by fixing the issue in one day without any inconvenience to me. I’d buy from them again.

I can honestly say Lisa B in sales is amazing and the whole team i worked with was. I'm more than happy with F250 CREW CAB and the way I was taken care at San Tan Ford. I'd recommend if you are looking for a Vehicle call and ask for Lisa B in sales. She'll definitely be honest, upfront and do all she can to get you in what you want at payments you say need or as close as possible with all her power. When you hear mention of the BBB you think Better Business Bureau...right? Well...at San Tan Ford the BBB meant Bob Johnston, Bob K, and Bryan (Hutch)! and you can add Bri to the mix! The atmosphere in this dealership is so chill and happy. I felt like I was a V.I.P. The entire experience was pretty smooth and I usually hate the thought of buying a car because it is usually a long, drawn out tug of war. Not at San Tan! I highly recommend you look up Bob K when you buy your next Ford. Please tell him I sent you :) Lynn UPDATE: We lost a great man, Bob K. But I will continue to stick with my belief that San Tan has a great team in Sales and Service!

I did not buy my vehicle from San Tan Ford but have taken it in for warranty work because it is much more conveniently located. I don’t think, yet, I have spent a dollar with these folks (warranty is up soon so I’m sure that will change) but they treat me like I’m family. My service advisor, Robert, listens carefully and makes sure he understands my concerns so he can document an accurate “customer states” narrative for the techs. This last time they took the extra care to check the vehicle out and even found a major issue I was not aware of, in addition to the issue for which I brought the vehicle in. Robert communicated well and provided accurate timelines for diagnosis and repair. I am temporarily unable to drive after having a hip replacement, so when the vehicle was finished the San Tan Ford valets brought it to my home for me. Again, I did not buy the car or a service agreement from them. The customer service is exceptional and these guys are my new go-to for more extensive repairs. I even told someone just yesterday that the next time I buy a car, it will be from San Tan Ford.

San Tan ford is a great place for Service. I wanna give a specific shout out to Josh in Fleet Service, we have a large fleet of Fords and he stays on top of all our trucks, multiple repairs at a time, and goes beyond what is required. Just picked up a '25 F-150 Tremor and couldn't be happier with how the entire transaction went down. I've bought and sold more vehicles than I can count over the years, but working with Ellie Cebreros was hands down the best sales experience I've ever had. She was on the ball every step of the way and got me a great deal on the truck without throwing in the typical unnecessary add ons. She even made sure I kept my maroon license plate after I forgot to ask for a plate transfer. Ellie and STF definitely have a customer for life.

James and the mechanics at San Tan Ford did an excellent job taking care of a valve crack and replacing the passenger side head and surrounding components perfectly. I could hardly tell the work had been done especially with the care taken around my aftermarket compressor, and lighting wire. They also worked with me to verify that a replacement coil which I installed in my earlier trouble shoot, was bad. All in all the exchanges were very professional. I would highly recommend the service team at San Tan Ford!

I had a best car buying experience ever!! working with Peter. He made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. I was able to handle pretty much everything over text, including sending pictures of my trade, which saved a ton of time. He was quick to respond, clear with communication, and kept everything moving smoothly. The best part was having my Bronco delivered right to my house—I didn’t even have to step foot in the dealership. I also worked with Andrew in finance, and that part went just as smoothly. Gilbert Medina is the salesperson to seek out at San Tan Valley Ford. We went to this dealer after receiving a mailing inviting us to this dealer for an upcoming Black Friday event. It was time to add a second vehicle to our life and my wife was in intrigued to look at the newly reintroduced Bronco Sport . Gilbert Medina was very intuitive at listening to our questions and meeting our needs perfectly. Not only did He listen, he left no stone unturned by the test drives, he explored what met our needs. We discussed buying and leasing. He made us both feel that he genuinely wanted to meet our exact vehicle needs. He showed us the vehicles we were most interested in, and we felt assured about dealing with him. The was the best car buying experience we’ve had in the Phoenix valley since moving to AZ in 2019.

I hate buying cars but I didn't hate this experience. Reached out before going and Matt was waiting for us when we showed up. He took care of us and the manager staff kept checking in with us to see how it was going. They made it personable talking about which cars they have enjoyed and didn't like as much and their why. They gave us time and space when we needed and ensured we were happy before we left.

MOE IS THE BEST!!! Do yourself a favor, and ask for Moe to be your salesman. We had called, interested in a truck they had on the lot. Moe said it was there, but had just come off the truck and still had the shipping plastic on it. We told him we were interested, but couldn't come down that day. He said he would get the truck unwrapped and take pictures of it and send them right over. We then decided to go down to see it in person, before he even sent the pictures. We gave him 20 minutes notice. By some miracle, Moe had the truck cleaned up and out in front of the dealership when we pulled in. Moe was great and the negotiation was extremely smooth. We got through finance very quickly and I would say the whole process only took a few hours of our day. I can't recommend Moe enough. He sets the bar high for customer experience.

I have increasingly good service from San Tan Ford between Quick Lane and the accessories dept. They are very thorough and communicate well. This my choice of service location and repeatedly come here for my service or additions to my Superduties. They seem to be dialed in. 09/19/26 again, had a leaking pinion seal on the rear end and told them I had to wait. They promptly started and were finish in about 2 hours. They got me in and out.

Ford mobile service is one of the best services i have experienced in many many years. 5 star service with skilled quality Technicians! From hose replacement to add ons of oil change and tire rotation, all performed at my home after having my truck towed home the previous night. Repaired the truck bleed the entire cooling system and not one drop on the ground after tech was complete with work. Thank you!

The morning of our oil change, our second Ford vehicle got a flat tire. The tech was so kind to put the spare on for us and top the spare with air (it only had 9psi!). We REALLY appreciated his kindness to do this, we would’ve been in a tough spot otherwise. The technician did superbly with our regular oil change and service and was very kind! Thank you SO MUCH!

My wife and I had a great experience here at San Tan Ford. Michael Grace helped with a seamless process, he went above and beyond in getting the truck we wanted. The mobile service offered at Santan Ford is the best thing since sliced bread. They are able to come to my location to service my F350 6.7 and perform most major services including oil and fluid changes, filters, tire rotation and even the recalls that were needing to be done. I found this dealer and service because I was exhausted dealing with Autonation which I do NOT recommend. I took my vehicle from Scottsdale down to Santan one time and they explained the mobile service option and I have been using it every since. Manny the tech was so professional and the rest of the staff. Save yourself the time of driving to the dealership or any other auto service center. Use this service

Brought my Lincoln in for a recall and the service was great. They even offered me a complimentary ride home. “Excellent. I’ll take the GT.” “Sir, that’s a display vehicle.” “Then why did you display my ride home?” Honestly, pretty disappointing. You have a 660-hp, twin-turbo V6, carbon-fiber supercar sitting right there, yet apparently it’s not part of the customer shuttle fleet. Otherwise, great service. Five stars. Hopefully management reconsiders its unnecessarily restrictive Ford GT transportation policy. 🤣

If you need to buy a vehicle San Tan Ford is the place to go. Start to finish the process was easy. There was no pressure, no hard sales. Just easy. After inquiring online, Ellie reached out to me about an explorer I was interested in. The whole financing process happened in about 30-40 minutes via text and a couple phone calls. Great staff on the sales front. They took care of us and we left very happy. They have a huge selection of vehicles which got us our truck, one that I haven't seen anywhere else. Then the custom shop did an amazing job with all the little details to make the truck incredible and unique. Our financing guy made it simple and painless. Overall it was a great experience. We looked everywhere in the state to find the best vehicle for us, and San Tan worked with us every step of the way to find that truck. We had one small issue, the floor mats were not the ones on the window sticker, but they immediately ordered them, so the problem was resolved. Emmanuel Benally (Manny) made this the easiest and best car-buying experience I've had. From the beginning, he listened to exactly what I was looking for and somehow found an option that was even better than I expected. We were trading in two vehicles, and one of them decided to develop A/C problems at the worst possible time. Without hesitation, Manny drove it from Casa Grande to San Tan Ford - with the windows down in August in Arizona, in a car with leather seats. We have bought multiple vehicles from San Tan Ford as well as use their service area for oil changes and car repairs. So when it was time to get a new truck, I went to Colby and asked what he felt he saw less of in the repair department. He gave me his honest answer, like he always has and then I went to the sales department and spoke to Tyree. At the time, I told Tyree it would be a couple months but we were looking and just need to know some of the breakdowns of the new trucks that have come out this year. Tyree was very knowledgeable. He was quick and fast knew the answers, didn’t try to hard sell me, and told me when I was ready to give him a call. Two months later, I was ready and because of his patience and not trying to have me buy something right then, I immediately called him back to purchase, at the time we were out of state, but he worked great with me over the phone and text. Tyree was responsive, thorough, and paid attention to all the details that we asked. Tyree was gone that weekend, but he made sure to get his sales manager JD involved so that it was quick and easy when I came to pick up the truck after flying in. I was very impressed with the quick process and would definitely buy more vehicles from them again.

After taking our truck to the Ford dealer where we live and got absolutely nowhere with the service dept, we went to San Tan Ford. We had a great experience with the Service Department. The Service Manager Leslie was so nice and easy to deal with. I told my husband, "You watch...a woman is in charge which means things are going to get done right the first time!" LOL. All kidding aside, everyone in the service department was pleasant and helpful which was much appreciated. Highly recommend San Tan Ford Service Department.

Staff here was such a pleasure, I was super hesitant on what I wanted and not once did I feel pressured into a sale or a vehicle I did not want, Norman and Ellie were top notch and very knowledgeable. I ultimately went with a vehicle from another dealer because it fit my needs better but the customer service at Santan Ford was above exceptional and better than 90% of dealers I’ve dealt with.

First, I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality which these days is rare. She was easy to talk to and kept me updated every step of the way. I have had an incredible experience every time I’ve walked into this dealership. I bought a new 2024 F250 from them, and added a relatively cheap warranty plan to my purchase. After 25,000 miles, the suspension was having issues, and they fixed/replaced everything under warranty without a single question. They even replaced my battery as a free courtesy. Service manager Joshua is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He also texted me updates throughout the day as they were working on my truck. He originally gave me a 3-day estimated turnaround time, but I came in at 9am on Monday and picked up the truck at 6pm on Tuesday. I didn’t even schedule a service appointment. I was just a walk-in. Fast, quality, professional. 10/10 experience all around. I will always recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Ford.

Called in for a quote and it was the best price after calling around, add on top of that the fact that they will come to you for windshield replacement and recalibration, this was honestly a better start to the day than I imagined.
