This was one of the best Buying experiences I have had. With limited supply, I was able to buy what I wanted. The Salesman worked with me to make sure that everything was up to my expectations.

Gilbert Medina is the salesperson to seek out at San Tan Valley Ford. We went to this dealer after receiving a mailing inviting us to this dealer for an upcoming Black Friday event. It was time to add a second vehicle to our life and my wife was in intrigued to look at the newly reintroduced Bronco Sport . Gilbert Medina was very intuitive at listening to our questions and meeting our needs perfectly. Not only did He listen, he left no stone unturned by the test drives, he explored what met our needs. We discussed buying and leasing. He made us both feel that he genuinely wanted to meet our exact vehicle needs. He showed us the vehicles we were most interested in, and we felt assured about dealing with him. The was the best car buying experience we’ve had in the Phoenix valley since moving to AZ in 2019.

I've purchased multiple new vehicles from SanTan Ford over the last 10 years and have always had exceptional sales and service experiences at this dealership. Even the rare hiccup in the product delivered has been addressed quickly and professionally. Personally, I've never experienced any of the high pressure gamesmanship or subterfuge common with other dealerships when dealing with SanTan Ford.

I hate buying cars but I didn't hate this experience. Reached out before going and Matt was waiting for us when we showed up. He took care of us and the manager staff kept checking in with us to see how it was going. They made it personable talking about which cars they have enjoyed and didn't like as much and their why. They gave us time and space when we needed and ensured we were happy before we left.

No high pressure sales people here at San Tan Ford, but they will acknowledge you when you first arrive. Gilbert Medina was my Sales Rep and he was very knowledgeable. Bryan in Financing was very helpful too.

MOE IS THE BEST!!! Do yourself a favor, and ask for Moe to be your salesman. We had called, interested in a truck they had on the lot. Moe said it was there, but had just come off the truck and still had the shipping plastic on it. We told him we were interested, but couldn't come down that day. He said he would get the truck unwrapped and take pictures of it and send them right over. We then decided to go down to see it in person, before he even sent the pictures. We gave him 20 minutes notice. By some miracle, Moe had the truck cleaned up and out in front of the dealership when we pulled in. Moe was great and the negotiation was extremely smooth. We got through finance very quickly and I would say the whole process only took a few hours of our day. I can't recommend Moe enough. He sets the bar high for customer experience.

Used the service dept. Here , I think they should write a book on how to run a service dept. The service the staff the facility was all the best you could ask for. The rep assigned to me was Colby ,what an exceptional person . If he didn't know the answer to my question he researched it and got back to me in a timely manner.

I don’t usually write reviews. I can count on one hand how many I’ve left. But this experience drew a clear line between two dealerships that share the same Ford badge, and it’s worth calling out. Jim and his team in the Accessories Center at San Tan Ford stepped in to fix a botched installation done by another Ford dealer in Longmont, CO. I was on a tight timeline, heading out for a family emergency, and they didn’t just squeeze me in, they rearranged their day to make it work. Jim even came in before his shift to personally diagnose the issue, fix the problem, and get me safely back on the road within a couple of hours. The level of care and urgency he showed wasn’t just professional, it was human. That stood out because, too often, the traditional dealership experience feels transactional at best and indifferent at worst. It’s the kind of gap that’s allowed companies like Carvana and CarMax to gain ground by focusing on transparency and customer experience. San Tan Ford felt different the moment I walked in. While I waited, I wandered around the showroom and service areas. It’s a busy, high-volume operation, but what struck me was how every employee I passed acknowledged me. People offered help, pointed me to food options, checked in even while juggling other customers. It didn’t feel forced or scripted. Just simple, consistent courtesy. A couple of hours later, my Bronco was fixed. They walked me through what they’d done, answered my questions, and even put together a quote for a few upgrades I’d been considering. I was back on the road before lunch. After a 13-hour drive back to Northern Colorado, I stopped at my local Ford dealer to address the original issue and request reimbursement for the additional work. The contrast was immediate. I walked into the service area where four employees sat at their stations. No other customers were there. I stood in clear view for several minutes without a single acknowledgment. No eye contact, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Eventually, after finishing a phone call, one employee waved me over. He reviewed the invoice and said the service manager would need to handle it. When the manager came out, his first comment was: “The person who cuts the checks isn’t here today. We can have one ready tomorrow or mail it.” No apology. No ownership of the inconvenience. Just a process. When I explained the situation and the added stress it caused, the response was, “Mistakes happen. That’s why we’ll get you paid tomorrow.” Again, no accountability. Just a transaction. That’s the difference. Two dealerships. Same parent company. Same brand on the building. Completely different standards when it comes to treating people. Loyalty isn’t earned through logos or inventory. It’s earned through how you treat someone when they need help. One dealership understood that. The other didn’t. It’s a long drive for me, but I know where I’ll be buying my next vehicle.

We had a great experience working with Connor Howell at SanTan Ford in Arizona. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly helpful and never once made us feel pressured. Connor truly had our best interest in mind and took as much time as we needed to walk through our options, answer questions, and make sure we felt completely comfortable and confident with the vehicles we were looking at. Unlike many car salespeople who try to get you to buy as quickly as possible, Connor actually encouraged us to take our time and think about it because he knew it was a big decision. That meant a lot to us and showed that he genuinely cared about making sure we made the right choice, not just making a quick sale.

Went there a few months ago to trade in a vehicle for a truck. Peter was our sales guy, did a great job. Was very patient and was quick to get us the info we needed. Even after I bought the truck I had to have a few items addressed and he remained prompt and courteous. Which is a nice surprise because usually after the sale is made the tendency is to get ghosted. I highly recommend Peter at San Tan Ford if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Rare to have a service department you love. Ok I don’t always love how much everything costs but San Tan Ford warranty’s all their work and is no more than shops around town. They’re honest (yep I said honest) which I really appreciate. During major work I asked for a part (timing chain) to be replaced while the engine was torn apart - the mechanic did not replace the part (has never seen one fail) and my service advisor told me about it - he would have torn the entire engine apart again if I insisted - warrantied the timing chain as well for 3 years - same as if it had been replaced. Who does this??? Love these folks and would not take my truck anywhere else. Recent service was pretty extensive but with 130k miles on the truck I expect parts to wear out especially with the towing I do. Thanks San Tan Ford and Robert - first class advisor.

San Tan Ford is a great place to go for buying vehicles and maintenance of them too. Sales team is helpful and not pushy. The service dept is always busy but treats me like I’m important and not just a number. The location is right off the 202 and easily accessible. There’s a complimentary car wash after each service. And if I do not want to wait while getting serviced they even shuttle me to nearby shopping area or to my home nearby and pick me up so I can retrieve the vehicle. It’s a great experience !

Mr. Reese Chapman, my San Tan Ford service advisor, was courteous, polite and professional. During the LOF service performed, some equipment concerns on my Ford Explorer were noted, I selected what was essential and required, there was no "up selling or pressure." Mr. Chapman advised on the estimated time to complete and he was accurate within minutes and my vehicle was professionally serviced by Ford trained technicians as well as delivered washed and good to go. Great customer service !

We came to SanTan ford as returning customers. We’ve done business with them before and had an easy experience so why not do it again? We came in with an unusual situation of not needing to trade in/buy another vehicle, but with our family growing by 2 we needed something more family friendly. Our situation wasn’t typical but Jamie made the process simple & hassle free. In the age of technology, sometimes things aren't as cut and n dry as they used to be, mechanically speaking. We had our vehicle in for some service, though the problem was better, it was not completely resolved or remedied. We encountered an issue that was not directly anyone's fault, just modern technical hiccups. Where many dealerships would have told us, it wasn't their problem, and would then proceed to offer more service for more money, money we already paid mind you. Santan Ford, stood by their work and stood by their promise, and most of all did what was right. They took the utmost care and making sure everything went smoothly and that the problem would be finally resolved. This is why we only bring our Fords to San Tan. They went above and beyond at every step, kept me constantly updated, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The repairs were finished right on time and exactly as promised—but the real shock came when I picked up my car. The technicians did such an unbelievable job that I genuinely thought they had swapped my vehicle out for a brand-new one. It looked, felt, and drove like it just rolled off the lot. Have been a customer at San Tan Ford since 2011. Bought five new vehicles from them and Matt Romano usually helps us. Never felt pressured like other places. Only thing I don't like is the added on stuff to all the vehicles ie GPS tracking, windows etching etc it adds up and many don't like the extra cost you should have a choice. Nice little coffee shop with snacks and sandwiches between the salesfloor and service areas. Used the Quicklane numerous times which is very busy so always got an appointment so I can be in and out in around 1-2hrs for a oil change and tire rotation. Used to get a car wash at the end notcsure if they still do that for customers that bought a vehicle there. Happy with our new Ford Escape Hybrid with the first service due in a few months. Give them a try and see Matt Romano a fellow military veteran for a good experience.

I have to say I actually had the BEST experience at Ford in the service department, Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with! First, I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality which these days is rare. She was easy to talk to and kept me updated every step of the way. Just always happy to answer any questions I had and like a girls girl. She didn’t make me feel dumb for not understanding my car. I have had an incredible experience every time I’ve walked into this dealership. I bought a new 2024 F250 from them, and added a relatively cheap warranty plan to my purchase. After 25,000 miles, the suspension was having issues, and they fixed/replaced everything under warranty without a single question. They even replaced my battery as a free courtesy. Service manager Joshua is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He also texted me updates throughout the day as they were working on my truck. He originally gave me a 3-day estimated turnaround time, but I came in at 9am on Monday and picked up the truck at 6pm on Tuesday. I didn’t even schedule a service appointment. I was just a walk-in. Fast, quality, professional. 10/10 experience all around. I will always recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Ford.

Really loved working with Norman. I was there on 2 separate days, working with him both times to make a deal. He wasn't, arrogant, pushy, or making me feel rushed at all during my time there which was huge. Any one of those and I'd have gone elsewhere. He offered/brought me water more times than I can count which was great in the heat, went above and beyond across the board to make the deal I wanted work. Was a fantastic overall experience and a huge contrast to a lot of other salesmen I have dealt with over the years. If you are ever at San Tan Ford, ask for him.

Took my car in for service at Santan Ford, and let me just say—these folks know what they’re doing and how to keep you fed while you wait. I came in expecting long waits and the usual mystery-mechanic lingo, but instead I got quick, clear updates, professional service, and a waiting area that compares to a five-star hotel. Everyone was friendly, honest, and actually seemed to care about doing the job right the first time (a rare species in the wild world of car service). My car runs smoother, my stomach was full, and I left with zero stress—which is basically a miracle. Highly recommend. If your car needs some TLC and you need a cookie, chicken wrap and a break, this is the place.

Most of the places I go to I'm dropping off vehicles, especially dealerships, so I work with the service department a lot. It's very easy to get my questions answered and to figure out where I'm going to be taking the cars I'm towing in to. They are always offering refreshments and always allowing us to use the restroom. They understand that our job does not always allow us to have breaks for personal needs and that it's hot and we have to work in the heat all day. I'm very happy with this dealership. They treat tow truck drivers with respect

I took my F150 into San Tan Ford for a simple oil service and rotate. After their inspection, they found and replaced the leaking front struts (for no charge, as they were replace a couple of years ago with my extended warranty) and because of their extended service hours, the completed the repairs and I got my truck back that same day. Good experience. Sales team listened and was appropriately transparent. They honored my requests and didn’t hide behind ‘I have to take it to the manager’ shenanigans. Matt R was professional and fair to work with. I had a spray in bedliner added that had install quality issues (these are rare but happen) and STF made it right by fixing the issue in one day without any inconvenience to me. I’d buy from them again.

When you hear mention of the BBB you think Better Business Bureau...right? Well...at San Tan Ford the BBB meant Bob Johnston, Bob K, and Bryan (Hutch)! and you can add Bri to the mix! The atmosphere in this dealership is so chill and happy. I felt like I was a V.I.P. The entire experience was pretty smooth and I usually hate the thought of buying a car because it is usually a long, drawn out tug of war. Not at San Tan! I highly recommend you look up Bob K when you buy your next Ford. Please tell him I sent you :) Lynn UPDATE: We lost a great man, Bob K. I did not buy my vehicle from San Tan Ford but have taken it in for warranty work because it is much more conveniently located. I don’t think, yet, I have spent a dollar with these folks (warranty is up soon so I’m sure that will change) but they treat me like I’m family. My service advisor, Robert, listens carefully and makes sure he understands my concerns so he can document an accurate “customer states” narrative for the techs. This last time they took the extra care to check the vehicle out and even found a major issue I was not aware of, in addition to the issue for which I brought the vehicle in. Robert communicated well and provided accurate timelines for diagnosis and repair. I am temporarily unable to drive after having a hip replacement, so when the vehicle was finished the San Tan Ford valets brought it to my home for me. Again, I did not buy the car or a service agreement from them. The customer service is exceptional and these guys are my new go-to for more extensive repairs. I even told someone just yesterday that the next time I buy a car, it will be from San Tan Ford.

Just picked up a '25 F-150 Tremor and couldn't be happier with how the entire transaction went down. I've bought and sold more vehicles than I can count over the years, but working with Ellie Cebreros was hands down the best sales experience I've ever had. She was on the ball every step of the way and got me a great deal on the truck without throwing in the typical unnecessary add ons. James and the mechanics at San Tan Ford did an excellent job taking care of a valve crack and replacing the passenger side head and surrounding components perfectly. I could hardly tell the work had been done especially with the care taken around my aftermarket compressor, and lighting wire. They also worked with me to verify that a replacement coil which I installed in my earlier trouble shoot, was bad. All in all the exchanges were very professional. I would highly recommend the service team at San Tan Ford!
