Used the service dept. Here , I think they should write a book on how to run a service dept. The service the staff the facility was all the best you could ask for. The rep assigned to me was Colby ,what an exceptional person . If he didn't know the answer to my question he researched it and got back to me in a timely manner.

I don’t usually write reviews. I can count on one hand how many I’ve left. But this experience drew a clear line between two dealerships that share the same Ford badge, and it’s worth calling out. Jim and his team in the Accessories Center at San Tan Ford stepped in to fix a botched installation done by another Ford dealer in Longmont, CO. I was on a tight timeline, heading out for a family emergency, and they didn’t just squeeze me in, they rearranged their day to make it work. Jim even came in before his shift to personally diagnose the issue, fix the problem, and get me safely back on the road within a couple of hours. The level of care and urgency he showed wasn’t just professional, it was human. That stood out because, too often, the traditional dealership experience feels transactional at best and indifferent at worst. It’s the kind of gap that’s allowed companies like Carvana and CarMax to gain ground by focusing on transparency and customer experience. San Tan Ford felt different the moment I walked in. While I waited, I wandered around the showroom and service areas. It’s a busy, high-volume operation, but what struck me was how every employee I passed acknowledged me. People offered help, pointed me to food options, checked in even while juggling other customers. It didn’t feel forced or scripted. Just simple, consistent courtesy. A couple of hours later, my Bronco was fixed. They walked me through what they’d done, answered my questions, and even put together a quote for a few upgrades I’d been considering. I was back on the road before lunch. After a 13-hour drive back to Northern Colorado, I stopped at my local Ford dealer to address the original issue and request reimbursement for the additional work. The contrast was immediate. I walked into the service area where four employees sat at their stations. No other customers were there. I stood in clear view for several minutes without a single acknowledgment. No eye contact, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Eventually, after finishing a phone call, one employee waved me over. He reviewed the invoice and said the service manager would need to handle it. When the manager came out, his first comment was: “The person who cuts the checks isn’t here today. We can have one ready tomorrow or mail it.” No apology. No ownership of the inconvenience. Just a process. When I explained the situation and the added stress it caused, the response was, “Mistakes happen. That’s why we’ll get you paid tomorrow.” Again, no accountability. Just a transaction. That’s the difference. Two dealerships. Same parent company. Same brand on the building. Completely different standards when it comes to treating people. Loyalty isn’t earned through logos or inventory. It’s earned through how you treat someone when they need help. One dealership understood that. The other didn’t. It’s a long drive for me, but I know where I’ll be buying my next vehicle.

We had a great experience working with Connor Howell at SanTan Ford in Arizona. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly helpful and never once made us feel pressured. Connor truly had our best interest in mind and took as much time as we needed to walk through our options, answer questions, and make sure we felt completely comfortable and confident with the vehicles we were looking at. Unlike many car salespeople who try to get you to buy as quickly as possible, Connor actually encouraged us to take our time and think about it because he knew it was a big decision. That meant a lot to us and showed that he genuinely cared about making sure we made the right choice, not just making a quick sale.

Went there a few months ago to trade in a vehicle for a truck. Peter was our sales guy, did a great job. Was very patient and was quick to get us the info we needed. Even after I bought the truck I had to have a few items addressed and he remained prompt and courteous. Which is a nice surprise because usually after the sale is made the tendency is to get ghosted. I highly recommend Peter at San Tan Ford if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Rare to have a service department you love. Ok I don’t always love how much everything costs but San Tan Ford warranty’s all their work and is no more than shops around town. They’re honest (yep I said honest) which I really appreciate. During major work I asked for a part (timing chain) to be replaced while the engine was torn apart - the mechanic did not replace the part (has never seen one fail) and my service advisor told me about it - he would have torn the entire engine apart again if I insisted - warrantied the timing chain as well for 3 years - same as if it had been replaced. Who does this??? Love these folks and would not take my truck anywhere else. Recent service was pretty extensive but with 130k miles on the truck I expect parts to wear out especially with the towing I do. Thanks San Tan Ford and Robert - first class advisor.

San Tan Ford is a great place to go for buying vehicles and maintenance of them too. Sales team is helpful and not pushy. The service dept is always busy but treats me like I’m important and not just a number. The location is right off the 202 and easily accessible. There’s a complimentary car wash after each service. And if I do not want to wait while getting serviced they even shuttle me to nearby shopping area or to my home nearby and pick me up so I can retrieve the vehicle. It’s a great experience !

Mr. Reese Chapman, my San Tan Ford service advisor, was courteous, polite and professional. During the LOF service performed, some equipment concerns on my Ford Explorer were noted, I selected what was essential and required, there was no "up selling or pressure." Mr. Chapman advised on the estimated time to complete and he was accurate within minutes and my vehicle was professionally serviced by Ford trained technicians as well as delivered washed and good to go. Great customer service !

We came in with an unusual situation of not needing to trade in/buy another vehicle, but with our family growing by 2 we needed something more family friendly. In the age of technology, sometimes things aren't as cut and n dry as they used to be, mechanically speaking. We had our vehicle in for some service, though the problem was better, it was not completely resolved or remedied. We encountered an issue that was not directly anyone's fault, just modern technical hiccups. Where many dealerships would have told us, it wasn't their problem, and would then proceed to offer more service for more money, money we already paid mind you. Santan Ford, stood by their work and stood by their promise, and most of all did what was right. They took the utmost care and making sure everything went smoothly and that the problem would be finally resolved. This is why we only bring our Fords to San Tan. Have been a customer at San Tan Ford since 2011. Bought five new vehicles from them and Matt Romano usually helps us. Never felt pressured like other places. Only thing I don't like is the added on stuff to all the vehicles ie GPS tracking, windows etching etc it adds up and many don't like the extra cost you should have a choice. Nice little coffee shop with snacks and sandwiches between the salesfloor and service areas. Used the Quicklane numerous times which is very busy so always got an appointment so I can be in and out in around 1-2hrs for a oil change and tire rotation. Used to get a car wash at the end notcsure if they still do that for customers that bought a vehicle there. Happy with our new Ford Escape Hybrid with the first service due in a few months. Give them a try and see Matt Romano a fellow military veteran for a good experience.

Ford had advised us that our Ford Explorer required several computer updates. We called SanTan Ford to arrange an appointment and we were pleasantly surprised to learn of their offer"Mobile Service" capability. On the day promised the responding Technician from SanTan called to advise his progress and arrival time. The Technician arrived on time and immediately began the electronic update. During the "Update Time" the Technician preformed an overall analysis during which he added fluids which were low and aired up all four tires which were a bit low. By the time the "Update" was completed, every aspect of the vehicle had been physically checked and brought up to operational level. The Technician was a cheerful young gentleman named Cory who proved to be a delight in every aspect as he efficiently performed his incredible service for our Explorer at "no charge!" SanTan Ford continues to earn our respect and appreciation in every aspect!

I had an outstanding experience AGAIN! San Tan Ford is always great to work with. This time, I worked with Doug, their Fleet Manager, on purchasing a new 2025 F250 Service Truck for my septic company, HomeField East Valley. Doug responded to my late night inquiries the day before the purchase, met me at the shop at 8am, showed me the truck, guided me through the financing (0% interest!) and closed the deal all up by early afternoon. On the busiest day of the year for Fleet Managers, Doug took his time with us and was extremely welcoming. I will definitely be back for more trucks this year. Ford mobile service is one of the best services i have experienced in many many years. 5 star service with skilled quality Technicians! From hose replacement to add ons of oil change and tire rotation, all performed at my home after having my truck towed home the previous night. Repaired the truck bleed the entire cooling system and not one drop on the ground after tech was complete with work. Thank you!

The morning of our oil change, our second Ford vehicle got a flat tire. The tech was so kind to put the spare on for us and top the spare with air (it only had 9psi!). We REALLY appreciated his kindness to do this, we would’ve been in a tough spot otherwise. The technician did superbly with our regular oil change and service and was very kind! Thank you SO MUCH!

The mobile service offered at Santan Ford is the best thing since sliced bread. They are able to come to my location to service my F350 6.7 and perform most major services including oil and fluid changes, filters, tire rotation and even the recalls that were needing to be done. I found this dealer and service because I was exhausted dealing with Autonation which I do NOT recommend. I took my vehicle from Scottsdale down to Santan one time and they explained the mobile service option and I have been using it every since. Manny the tech was so professional and the rest of the staff. Save yourself the time of driving to the dealership or any other auto service center. Use this service

Brought my Lincoln in for a recall and the service was great. They even offered me a complimentary ride home. “Excellent. I’ll take the GT.” “Sir, that’s a display vehicle.” “Then why did you display my ride home?” Honestly, pretty disappointing. You have a 660-hp, twin-turbo V6, carbon-fiber supercar sitting right there, yet apparently it’s not part of the customer shuttle fleet. Otherwise, great service. Five stars. Hopefully management reconsiders its unnecessarily restrictive Ford GT transportation policy. 🤣

If you need to buy a vehicle San Tan Ford is the place to go. Start to finish the process was easy. There was no pressure, no hard sales. Just easy. After inquiring online, Ellie reached out to me about an explorer I was interested in. The whole financing process happened in about 30-40 minutes via text and a couple phone calls. Emmanuel Benally (Manny) made this the easiest and best car-buying experience I've had. From the beginning, he listened to exactly what I was looking for and somehow found an option that was even better than I expected. We were trading in two vehicles, and one of them decided to develop A/C problems at the worst possible time. Without hesitation, Manny drove it from Casa Grande to San Tan Ford - with the windows down in August in Arizona, in a car with leather seats. We have bought multiple vehicles from San Tan Ford as well as use their service area for oil changes and car repairs. So when it was time to get a new truck, I went to Colby and asked what he felt he saw less of in the repair department. He gave me his honest answer, like he always has and then I went to the sales department and spoke to Tyree. At the time, I told Tyree it would be a couple months but we were looking and just need to know some of the breakdowns of the new trucks that have come out this year. Tyree was very knowledgeable. He was quick and fast knew the answers, didn’t try to hard sell me, and told me when I was ready to give him a call. Two months later, I was ready and because of his patience and not trying to have me buy something right then, I immediately called him back to purchase, at the time we were out of state, but he worked great with me over the phone and text. Tyree was responsive, thorough, and paid attention to all the details that we asked. Tyree was gone that weekend, but he made sure to get his sales manager JD involved so that it was quick and easy when I came to pick up the truck after flying in. I was very impressed with the quick process and would definitely buy more vehicles from them again.

After taking our truck to the Ford dealer where we live and got absolutely nowhere with the service dept, we went to San Tan Ford. We had a great experience with the Service Department. The Service Manager Leslie was so nice and easy to deal with. I told my husband, "You watch...a woman is in charge which means things are going to get done right the first time!" LOL. All kidding aside, everyone in the service department was pleasant and helpful which was much appreciated. Highly recommend San Tan Ford Service Department.

Staff here was such a pleasure, I was super hesitant on what I wanted and not once did I feel pressured into a sale or a vehicle I did not want, Norman and Ellie were top notch and very knowledgeable. I have had an incredible experience every time I’ve walked into this dealership. I bought a new 2024 F250 from them, and added a relatively cheap warranty plan to my purchase. After 25,000 miles, the suspension was having issues, and they fixed/replaced everything under warranty without a single question. They even replaced my battery as a free courtesy. Service manager Joshua is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He also texted me updates throughout the day as they were working on my truck. He originally gave me a 3-day estimated turnaround time, but I came in at 9am on Monday and picked up the truck at 6pm on Tuesday. I didn’t even schedule a service appointment. I was just a walk-in. Fast, quality, professional. 10/10 experience all around. I will always recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Ford.
