I have to say I actually had the BEST experience at Ford in the service department, Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with! First, I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality which these days is rare. She was easy to talk to and kept me updated every step of the way. Just always happy to answer any questions I had and like a girls girl. She didn’t make me feel dumb for not understanding my car. She genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly, and it made such a difference. I left feeling taken care of instead of stressed like I normally do Thank you, Ashley. I hope I see you every time.

Ask for Norman Castro! I had a great experience working with San Tan Ford. It made driving over 5hrs absolutely worth it. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and handled professionally by Norman Castro from beginning to end. They offered me a fair deal without the usual pressure or unnecessary back-and-forth. Communication was excellent throughout the purchase. The team kept me informed, answered my questions honestly, and clearly explained the pricing and details of the deal. I have had an incredible experience every time I’ve walked into this dealership. I bought a new 2024 F250 from them, and added a relatively cheap warranty plan to my purchase. After 25,000 miles, the suspension was having issues, and they fixed/replaced everything under warranty without a single question. They even replaced my battery as a free courtesy. Service manager Joshua is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He also texted me updates throughout the day as they were working on my truck. He originally gave me a 3-day estimated turnaround time, but I came in at 9am on Monday and picked up the truck at 6pm on Tuesday. I didn’t even schedule a service appointment. I was just a walk-in. Fast, quality, professional. 10/10 experience all around. I will always recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Ford.

Called in for a quote and it was the best price after calling around, add on top of that the fact that they will come to you for windshield replacement and recalibration, this was honestly a better start to the day than I imagined. You guys have helped start my anniversary off right and I’m hoping Lincoln and Jakob never quit because the service they provided was outstanding. They were punctual, great on communication, and efficient with delivery. You have found yourselves new customers as I don’t think I will call anyone else at this point, thank you again!

Really loved working with Norman. I was there on 2 separate days, working with him both times to make a deal. He wasn't, arrogant, pushy, or making me feel rushed at all during my time there which was huge. Any one of those and I'd have gone elsewhere. He offered/brought me water more times than I can count which was great in the heat, went above and beyond across the board to make the deal I wanted work. Was a fantastic overall experience and a huge contrast to a lot of other salesmen I have dealt with over the years. If you are ever at San Tan Ford, ask for him.

Took my car in for service at Santan Ford, and let me just say—these folks know what they’re doing and how to keep you fed while you wait. I came in expecting long waits and the usual mystery-mechanic lingo, but instead I got quick, clear updates, professional service, and a waiting area that compares to a five-star hotel. Everyone was friendly, honest, and actually seemed to care about doing the job right the first time (a rare species in the wild world of car service). My car runs smoother, my stomach was full, and I left with zero stress—which is basically a miracle. Highly recommend. If your car needs some TLC and you need a cookie, chicken wrap and a break, this is the place.

Most of the places I go to I'm dropping off vehicles, especially dealerships, so I work with the service department a lot. It's very easy to get my questions answered and to figure out where I'm going to be taking the cars I'm towing in to. They are always offering refreshments and always allowing us to use the restroom. They understand that our job does not always allow us to have breaks for personal needs and that it's hot and we have to work in the heat all day. I'm very happy with this dealership. They treat tow truck drivers with respect

I took my F150 into San Tan Ford for a simple oil service and rotate. After their inspection, they found and replaced the leaking front struts (for no charge, as they were replace a couple of years ago with my extended warranty) and because of their extended service hours, the completed the repairs and I got my truck back that same day. Thanks FORD!!

Good experience. Sales team listened and was appropriately transparent. They honored my requests and didn’t hide behind ‘I have to take it to the manager’ shenanigans. Matt R was professional and fair to work with. I had a spray in bedliner added that had install quality issues (these are rare but happen) and STF made it right by fixing the issue in one day without any inconvenience to me. I’d buy from them again.

I can honestly say Lisa B in sales is amazing and the whole team i worked with was. I'm more than happy with F250 CREW CAB and the way I was taken care at San Tan Ford. When you hear mention of the BBB you think Better Business Bureau...right? Well...at San Tan Ford the BBB meant Bob Johnston, Bob K, and Bryan (Hutch)! and you can add Bri to the mix! The atmosphere in this dealership is so chill and happy. I felt like I was a V.I.P. The entire experience was pretty smooth and I usually hate the thought of buying a car because it is usually a long, drawn out tug of war. Not at San Tan! I highly recommend you look up Bob K when you buy your next Ford. Please tell him I sent you :) Lynn UPDATE: We lost a great man, Bob K. But I will continue to stick with my belief that San Tan has a great team in Sales and Service!

I did not buy my vehicle from San Tan Ford but have taken it in for warranty work because it is much more conveniently located. I don’t think, yet, I have spent a dollar with these folks (warranty is up soon so I’m sure that will change) but they treat me like I’m family. My service advisor, Robert, listens carefully and makes sure he understands my concerns so he can document an accurate “customer states” narrative for the techs. This last time they took the extra care to check the vehicle out and even found a major issue I was not aware of, in addition to the issue for which I brought the vehicle in. Robert communicated well and provided accurate timelines for diagnosis and repair. I am temporarily unable to drive after having a hip replacement, so when the vehicle was finished the San Tan Ford valets brought it to my home for me. Again, I did not buy the car or a service agreement from them. The customer service is exceptional and these guys are my new go-to for more extensive repairs. I even told someone just yesterday that the next time I buy a car, it will be from San Tan Ford.

Just picked up a '25 F-150 Tremor and couldn't be happier with how the entire transaction went down. I've bought and sold more vehicles than I can count over the years, but working with Ellie Cebreros was hands down the best sales experience I've ever had. She was on the ball every step of the way and got me a great deal on the truck without throwing in the typical unnecessary add ons. She even made sure I kept my maroon license plate after I forgot to ask for a plate transfer. Ellie and STF definitely have a customer for life.

James and the mechanics at San Tan Ford did an excellent job taking care of a valve crack and replacing the passenger side head and surrounding components perfectly. I could hardly tell the work had been done especially with the care taken around my aftermarket compressor, and lighting wire. They also worked with me to verify that a replacement coil which I installed in my earlier trouble shoot, was bad. All in all the exchanges were very professional. I would highly recommend the service team at San Tan Ford!

I had a best car buying experience ever!! working with Peter. He made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. I was able to handle pretty much everything over text, including sending pictures of my trade, which saved a ton of time. He was quick to respond, clear with communication, and kept everything moving smoothly. Ford had advised us that our Ford Explorer required several computer updates. We called SanTan Ford to arrange an appointment and we were pleasantly surprised to learn of their offer"Mobile Service" capability. On the day promised the responding Technician from SanTan called to advise his progress and arrival time. The Technician arrived on time and immediately began the electronic update. During the "Update Time" the Technician preformed an overall analysis during which he added fluids which were low and aired up all four tires which were a bit low. By the time the "Update" was completed, every aspect of the vehicle had been physically checked and brought up to operational level. The Technician was a cheerful young gentleman named Cory who proved to be a delight in every aspect as he efficiently performed his incredible service for our Explorer at "no charge!" SanTan Ford continues to earn our respect and appreciation in every aspect!

I had an outstanding experience AGAIN! San Tan Ford is always great to work with. This time, I worked with Doug, their Fleet Manager, on purchasing a new 2025 F250 Service Truck for my septic company, HomeField East Valley. Doug responded to my late night inquiries the day before the purchase, met me at the shop at 8am, showed me the truck, guided me through the financing (0% interest!) and closed the deal all up by early afternoon. On the busiest day of the year for Fleet Managers, Doug took his time with us and was extremely welcoming. I will definitely be back for more trucks this year. San Tan Ford is my favorite place to go for service and when shopping for a vehicle, both new and used. I’ve purchased several alone and have brought or referred my friends and family when purchasing as well. The service I received this week was so good, I HAD to delete my old 5-star review to leave a new one. Zach Kerns is the man to see when you’re ready to buy. We had such a good experience working with him. He’s laid back, listens, and makes sure you’re getting everything you want. Zach works for you and not just for the paycheck. We received VIP service and he had us out of there in two hours from appointment start time to the last signature in finance. WOW! I’ve dealt with many dealerships and salespeople. Zach is by far the BEST! Special shoutout to Shane in finance as well! He knows his stuff, is so personable, and makes it as pain free as possible. I will absolutely be returning to San Tan for maintenance, and will be calling Zach when we’re ready for another purchase!

I recently had my Ford Explorer serviced and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Colby, the service adviser. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection, and he identified an issue with the front axle that I wasn't even aware of. I'm grateful he caught it, as I'm not sure how much longer it would have gone unnoticed. I needed a bumper cover bracket reinforcement for my 05 mustang. They had a couple in stock. Online at Village Ford there was a discount of 4.50 but a shipping charge of $15.26 and I wouldn't get the part for 7 to 10 days. I saved money and time.

I have taken advantage of the mobile service from SanTan Ford. This dealership takes care of their customers 100%. The service really is convenient and saves me time from having to drive to the dealership for regular maintenance. The staff is very courteous and always look to how they can make the service work for you, the customer. Once onsite the tech introduces themselves and goes over what he will be doing. They are very meticulous in how they proceed to inspecting and performing the service. They work very clean and do not spill any oil or any other liquids on the street. All oil or any other liquids removed from the vehicle are disposed into a container for safe keeping. All work is documented and provided to the customer via email after the service has been performed. This dealership also offers a service where they pick up your vehicle, perform the work at the dealership and then return your vehicle Ike when the work has been completed. I have taken advantage of this service as well. Not sure if any other dealerships offer this service, but these guys are pioneers and truly take care of their customers.

Worked with Gilbert for a few weeks and he found an awesome deal on a great Black Widow F-150. After spending time with me and taking a few test drives, he knew exactly what I was looking for. So, when the truck came in as a trade in with 5200 miles on it. He text me with pictures and details. After another test drive and discussion, Gilbert did a great job getting the deal done. Since that time I have talked to a few other people at San Tan Ford and all were great to talk to and help me along. I look forward to a long relationship with both DT Ford & Gilbert. Thank you update on the review for my service appointment last week. Another great experience & the entire service staff was great to work with too. 11/26/25 Second service appointment went great. The service advisor went over and above to accommodate the additional work, not originally on the schedule. He also replaced my battery under the bumper to bumper warranty.

I've been into San Tan ford a few times to check out what's on the lot. One of my more recent stops in I was asking about markups on Raptor Rs. Not liking what I heard but still wanting to look. Ellie took it upon herself to show me around knowing I wasn't buying that day. Just that in itself made me go back to her when I was ready for something different. I showed up unannounced asking for Ellie. She promptly found me and the rest is history. Top notch service. No problems with pricing for my trade or on the vehicle I got. I drive 3 hours just to use San Tan Ford Quick Lane. I try to set it up when I have a VA appointment at Phoenix. They are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to your vehicle. They remember you and your car a d will tell you what needs to be done and what to watch for your next time. Being a disabled Veteran it is very important to have trust in a company. I was in the market for tires and I decided to call. I spoke with TJ and he was able to beat discount tire by a few 100 bucks plus I got a mail in rebate Visa card. He offered to have my truck picked up and dropped off at my home. The pick up drivers were respectful and sent me text messages when in route. TJ went above and beyond my expectations and would highly recommend this dealership for service. They also have a mobile oil change service. Come to my house and change oil an rotate tires. Highly recommended.

What a great experience! Just picked up a new 2025 Bronco Big Bend with all the off-road gear. Leasing was the way to go and I lowered my payment. They purchased my 2022 Toyota Tacoma for top dollar and it was better to trade it in vs sell it to Carvana. Finance was a breeze, paid for a great protection package and did not need to pay for anything else not needed. The management team made this smooth! Recently purchased a '22 Mustang Mach-E from nearby Bill Luke. Two weeks later I got a notice about my 12v battery needing attention so I scheduled an appointment at Bill Luke but this was out of their expertise. Instead they recommended I swing over to SanTan Ford and speak to Richard (can't remember his last name) to see if they could squeeze me in. The quicklane attendant went to ask and Ivan Payan came out as my service advisor after a bit and said they could get me squared away as the car had a pending software recall related to the 12v battery. They got me a Lyft home, did the 12v battery software recall and another one for the A/C system and confirmed the 12v battery was A-Okay. I was flummoxed when Ivan called to tell me everything was good to go, no charge and that they could DELIVER MY CAR TO ME AT MY HOUSE! I've never had that kind of treatment at a dealership, I guess some perk of the Mach-E? Either way, it was awesome. Ivan was a great service advisor and very knowledgeable about the Mach-E. I have been taking my '16 Fusion Energi to SanTan Ford for years for normal service since I bought it in 2020 and never had a problem with them. The streak continues with my new to me Mustang Mach-E.

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years now for consistent vehicle servicing and have been astounded every time at what an amazing crew they have at San Tan Ford. Top to bottom, from technicians to advisors, they get the job right the first time and do their absolute best to make sure you're saving every penny possible! I can't think of a better spot to get your Ford serviced. Colby, my service advisor for the entire time I've gone here, is one of the greats. He gives you realistic options, explains everything remarkably well, and talks through everything with you not from the point of a salesman, but from the view of someone genuinely invested in making sure your vehicle stays running for as long as possible. I sincerely can't recommend this guy enough, he's been awesome every visit!
