Josh B provides excellent service in the service dept. I never worry about maintenance and repairs being done correctly and never feel pressure to add any recommended services at that particular time. They take good care of my vehicle!!

ST Ford was helpful in my situation !! I'm not happy with Ford and the 10 speed transmission jerkiness in shifting AND Ford not doing anything about it. BUT the service is received frommy service advisor - Robert Pence - was amazing !! He went above & beyond to help me with my situation !! ST Ford needs to be pleased that it has quality people such as Robert Pence as an employee !!

San Tan Ford has earned all of my business! Since first using them I have come to love the level of detailed service they provide. One example being providing me with a copy of my car Fax showing my service and recall notices. After receiving the notice then reaching out and providing me with convenient service right at my home to fix the items. Just awesome! It didn't take one minute of my time. Alysa also did reach out to make sure everything was satisfactory which it was100%. Thanks to everyone at San Tan for their continued pursuit of excellence! I look forward to continued buisness!

What started out as a frustrating experience turned into the best car buying my wife and ever had, all because of Ellie! The car we wanted was sold the day prior to us arriving at the dealership which was not a good start. However, Ellie was understanding; she listened; she was personable, engaging and she was authentic. No high pressure. It was like buying a car from a good friend! My husband & i walked in & were greeted & made to feel welcome. In 3 1/2 hours & a few test drives we were signing the paperwork & after i banged the Gong, I drove it off the lot. My old car was a 2007 & this beautiful 2024 Ford Escape LT feels like a Spaceship! I was Very Impressed with the whole Experience at San Tan Ford.

I had a horrible experience with a local mechanic that ended up causing more damage to my Ford Transit. Thankfully, Jesus at San Tan Ford stepped in and turned the situation around. He helped us get all the necessary repairs done at an affordable price and went the extra mile by offering us a loaner vehicle while the work was being completed. The service and communication from Jesus and the entire San Tan Ford team were outstanding. Highly recommend their service department!

Dani, the service coordinator, did an outstanding job in giving excellent service to check me in and take care of me from the begining to the end. Jennifer, the shuttle drive, was so pleasant and reliable to get me back and forth to my house and the dealership. Finally, the mechanics and technicians were great to take care of the Explorer and make sure everything was correctly done to provide excellent care for future service. THANK YOU SAN TAN!!

For the 3rd time, San Tan Ford Service showed a service completed on my car that was not done. I contacted the service writer and got no response. I wonder what services were completed, if any, and the impact to my vehicle. I'll try another Ford Service Center from now on. Update: Mike.San Tan Service Manager contacted me to to review my concerns. After reviewing the service footage, he confirmed the work was completed on our car. I appreciate that he took the time to check and educate me.

Ellie and her team at San Tan Ford were more than amazing! I had a horrific experience at another dealership in chandler and the crew at San Tan ford got me a better deal and a better rate than I expected. They had my deal ready for me when i got there so all we had to do was test drive and sign papers! They even drove my other car home for me so I could take my new one home. Jesse and sales and Brian in finance made the experience so easy. I have never been to a dealership like like San tan Ford. I also work with Nathan over in the bronco building doing accessories. Those guys are so good over there. Now I'm working with Lincoln in service and they are taking care of me. Best dealership I've ever been to and I've worked at at dealerships and none of them even compare to santan Ford

I have to say I actually had the BEST experience at Ford in the service department, Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with! First, I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality which these days is rare. She was easy to talk to and kept me updated every step of the way. Just always happy to answer any questions I had and like a girls girl. She didn’t make me feel dumb for not understanding my car. She genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly, and it made such a difference. I left feeling taken care of instead of stressed like I normally do Thank you, Ashley. I have had an incredible experience every time I’ve walked into this dealership. I bought a new 2024 F250 from them, and added a relatively cheap warranty plan to my purchase. After 25,000 miles, the suspension was having issues, and they fixed/replaced everything under warranty without a single question. They even replaced my battery as a free courtesy. Service manager Joshua is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He also texted me updates throughout the day as they were working on my truck. He originally gave me a 3-day estimated turnaround time, but I came in at 9am on Monday and picked up the truck at 6pm on Tuesday. I didn’t even schedule a service appointment. I was just a walk-in. Fast, quality, professional. 10/10 experience all around. I will always recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Ford.

Called in for a quote and it was the best price after calling around, add on top of that the fact that they will come to you for windshield replacement and recalibration, this was honestly a better start to the day than I imagined. You guys have helped start my anniversary off right and I’m hoping Lincoln and Jakob never quit because the service they provided was outstanding. Really loved working with Norman. I was there on 2 separate days, working with him both times to make a deal. He wasn't, arrogant, pushy, or making me feel rushed at all during my time there which was huge. Any one of those and I'd have gone elsewhere. He offered/brought me water more times than I can count which was great in the heat, went above and beyond across the board to make the deal I wanted work. Was a fantastic overall experience and a huge contrast to a lot of other salesmen I have dealt with over the years. If you are ever at San Tan Ford, ask for him.

Took my car in for service at Santan Ford, and let me just say—these folks know what they’re doing and how to keep you fed while you wait. I came in expecting long waits and the usual mystery-mechanic lingo, but instead I got quick, clear updates, professional service, and a waiting area that compares to a five-star hotel. Everyone was friendly, honest, and actually seemed to care about doing the job right the first time (a rare species in the wild world of car service). My car runs smoother, my stomach was full, and I left with zero stress—which is basically a miracle. Highly recommend. If your car needs some TLC and you need a cookie, chicken wrap and a break, this is the place.

Most of the places I go to I'm dropping off vehicles, especially dealerships, so I work with the service department a lot. It's very easy to get my questions answered and to figure out where I'm going to be taking the cars I'm towing in to. They are always offering refreshments and always allowing us to use the restroom. They understand that our job does not always allow us to have breaks for personal needs and that it's hot and we have to work in the heat all day. I'm very happy with this dealership. They treat tow truck drivers with respect

I took my F150 into San Tan Ford for a simple oil service and rotate. After their inspection, they found and replaced the leaking front struts (for no charge, as they were replace a couple of years ago with my extended warranty) and because of their extended service hours, the completed the repairs and I got my truck back that same day. Thanks FORD!!

Good experience. Sales team listened and was appropriately transparent. They honored my requests and didn’t hide behind ‘I have to take it to the manager’ shenanigans. Matt R was professional and fair to work with. I had a spray in bedliner added that had install quality issues (these are rare but happen) and STF made it right by fixing the issue in one day without any inconvenience to me. I’d buy from them again.

When you hear mention of the BBB you think Better Business Bureau...right? Well...at San Tan Ford the BBB meant Bob Johnston, Bob K, and Bryan (Hutch)! and you can add Bri to the mix! The atmosphere in this dealership is so chill and happy. I felt like I was a V.I.P. The entire experience was pretty smooth and I usually hate the thought of buying a car because it is usually a long, drawn out tug of war. Not at San Tan! I highly recommend you look up Bob K when you buy your next Ford. Please tell him I sent you :) Lynn UPDATE: We lost a great man, Bob K. But I will continue to stick with my belief that San Tan has a great team in Sales and Service!

I did not buy my vehicle from San Tan Ford but have taken it in for warranty work because it is much more conveniently located. I don’t think, yet, I have spent a dollar with these folks (warranty is up soon so I’m sure that will change) but they treat me like I’m family. My service advisor, Robert, listens carefully and makes sure he understands my concerns so he can document an accurate “customer states” narrative for the techs. This last time they took the extra care to check the vehicle out and even found a major issue I was not aware of, in addition to the issue for which I brought the vehicle in. Robert communicated well and provided accurate timelines for diagnosis and repair. I am temporarily unable to drive after having a hip replacement, so when the vehicle was finished the San Tan Ford valets brought it to my home for me. Again, I did not buy the car or a service agreement from them. The customer service is exceptional and these guys are my new go-to for more extensive repairs. I even told someone just yesterday that the next time I buy a car, it will be from San Tan Ford.

San Tan ford is a great place for Service. I wanna give a specific shout out to Josh in Fleet Service, we have a large fleet of Fords and he stays on top of all our trucks, multiple repairs at a time, and goes beyond what is required. Just picked up a '25 F-150 Tremor and couldn't be happier with how the entire transaction went down. I've bought and sold more vehicles than I can count over the years, but working with Ellie Cebreros was hands down the best sales experience I've ever had. She was on the ball every step of the way and got me a great deal on the truck without throwing in the typical unnecessary add ons. She even made sure I kept my maroon license plate after I forgot to ask for a plate transfer. Ellie and STF definitely have a customer for life.

James and the mechanics at San Tan Ford did an excellent job taking care of a valve crack and replacing the passenger side head and surrounding components perfectly. I could hardly tell the work had been done especially with the care taken around my aftermarket compressor, and lighting wire. They also worked with me to verify that a replacement coil which I installed in my earlier trouble shoot, was bad. All in all the exchanges were very professional. I would highly recommend the service team at San Tan Ford!

I had a best car buying experience ever!! working with Peter. He made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. I was able to handle pretty much everything over text, including sending pictures of my trade, which saved a ton of time. He was quick to respond, clear with communication, and kept everything moving smoothly. The best part was having my Bronco delivered right to my house—I didn’t even have to step foot in the dealership. I also worked with Andrew in finance, and that part went just as smoothly. My decisions came back quickly, and he was even able to help secure a lower rate than I was expecting.
