San Tan Ford is my favorite place to go for service and when shopping for a vehicle, both new and used. I’ve purchased several alone and have brought or referred my friends and family when purchasing as well. The service I received this week was so good, I HAD to delete my old 5-star review to leave a new one. Zach Kerns is the man to see when you’re ready to buy. We had such a good experience working with him. He’s laid back, listens, and makes sure you’re getting everything you want. Zach works for you and not just for the paycheck. We received VIP service and he had us out of there in two hours from appointment start time to the last signature in finance. WOW! I’ve dealt with many dealerships and salespeople. Zach is by far the BEST! Special shoutout to Shane in finance as well! He knows his stuff, is so personable, and makes it as pain free as possible. I will absolutely be returning to San Tan for maintenance, and will be calling Zach when we’re ready for another purchase!

I recently had my Ford Explorer serviced and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Colby, the service adviser. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection, and he identified an issue with the front axle that I wasn't even aware of. I'm grateful he caught it, as I'm not sure how much longer it would have gone unnoticed. Colby was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process, keeping me informed of the findings and the necessary repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my Explorer is now running like new. I highly recommend Colby for the excellent service and attention to detail. I needed a bumper cover bracket reinforcement for my 05 mustang. They had a couple in stock. Online at Village Ford there was a discount of 4.50 but a shipping charge of $15.26 and I wouldn't get the part for 7 to 10 days. I saved money and time.

I had an excellent experience at Ford Fast Lane. My oil change and tire rotation were completed in under an hour, and the drop-off/pick-up process was quick and seamless. James and Colby are outstanding—I really appreciate how they always manage to fit me in at the last minute. The service here is top-notch, priced well below the competition, and handled by actual Ford technicians with the trusted San Tan name behind them. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed.away from dealerships in the past because they became money grabs and poor service. Used San Tan Ford to help resolve a headlight issue and I could not have been more impressed. Fairly priced, great communication throughout and it seems they truly think about the client experience. Good for them. 12/2 had my 4x4 serviced. Again, great communication and fairly priced.

One of the most friendliest dealerships I’ve ever been to. They are not pushy at all. I have taken advantage of the mobile service from SanTan Ford. This dealership takes care of their customers 100%. The service really is convenient and saves me time from having to drive to the dealership for regular maintenance. The staff is very courteous and always look to how they can make the service work for you, the customer. Once onsite the tech introduces themselves and goes over what he will be doing. They are very meticulous in how they proceed to inspecting and performing the service. They work very clean and do not spill any oil or any other liquids on the street. All oil or any other liquids removed from the vehicle are disposed into a container for safe keeping. All work is documented and provided to the customer via email after the service has been performed. This dealership also offers a service where they pick up your vehicle, perform the work at the dealership and then return your vehicle Ike when the work has been completed. I have taken advantage of this service as well. Not sure if any other dealerships offer this service, but these guys are pioneers and truly take care of their customers.

Worked with Gilbert for a few weeks and he found an awesome deal on a great Black Widow F-150. After spending time with me and taking a few test drives, he knew exactly what I was looking for. So, when the truck came in as a trade in with 5200 miles on it. He text me with pictures and details. After another test drive and discussion, Gilbert did a great job getting the deal done. Since that time I have talked to a few other people at San Tan Ford and all were great to talk to and help me along. I look forward to a long relationship with both DT Ford & Gilbert. Thank you update on the review for my service appointment last week. Another great experience & the entire service staff was great to work with too. 11/26/25 Second service appointment went great. The service advisor went over and above to accommodate the additional work, not originally on the schedule. He also replaced my battery under the bumper to bumper warranty.

I've been into San Tan ford a few times to check out what's on the lot. One of my more recent stops in I was asking about markups on Raptor Rs. Not liking what I heard but still wanting to look. Ellie took it upon herself to show me around knowing I wasn't buying that day. Just that in itself made me go back to her when I was ready for something different. I showed up unannounced asking for Ellie. She promptly found me and the rest is history. Top notch service. No problems with pricing for my trade or on the vehicle I got. I drive 3 hours just to use San Tan Ford Quick Lane. I try to set it up when I have a VA appointment at Phoenix. They are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to your vehicle. They remember you and your car a d will tell you what needs to be done and what to watch for your next time. Being a disabled Veteran it is very important to have trust in a company. I think they are outstanding and go above and beyond in customer service. Thank you San Tan! I would highly recommend them.

I was in the market for tires and I decided to call. I spoke with TJ and he was able to beat discount tire by a few 100 bucks plus I got a mail in rebate Visa card. He offered to have my truck picked up and dropped off at my home. The pick up drivers were respectful and sent me text messages when in route. TJ went above and beyond my expectations and would highly recommend this dealership for service. They also have a mobile oil change service. Come to my house and change oil an rotate tires. Highly recommended.

What a great experience! Just picked up a new 2025 Bronco Big Bend with all the off-road gear. Leasing was the way to go and I lowered my payment. They purchased my 2022 Toyota Tacoma for top dollar and it was better to trade it in vs sell it to Carvana. Finance was a breeze, paid for a great protection package and did not need to pay for anything else not needed. The management team made this smooth! I’ll be back and will send family and friends for sure.

Recently purchased a '22 Mustang Mach-E from nearby Bill Luke. Two weeks later I got a notice about my 12v battery needing attention so I scheduled an appointment at Bill Luke but this was out of their expertise. Instead they recommended I swing over to SanTan Ford and speak to Richard (can't remember his last name) to see if they could squeeze me in. The quicklane attendant went to ask and Ivan Payan came out as my service advisor after a bit and said they could get me squared away as the car had a pending software recall related to the 12v battery. They got me a Lyft home, did the 12v battery software recall and another one for the A/C system and confirmed the 12v battery was A-Okay. I was flummoxed when Ivan called to tell me everything was good to go, no charge and that they could DELIVER MY CAR TO ME AT MY HOUSE! I've never had that kind of treatment at a dealership, I guess some perk of the Mach-E? Either way, it was awesome. Ivan was a great service advisor and very knowledgeable about the Mach-E. I have been taking my '16 Fusion Energi to SanTan Ford for years for normal service since I bought it in 2020 and never had a problem with them. The streak continues with my new to me Mustang Mach-E.

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years now for consistent vehicle servicing and have been astounded every time at what an amazing crew they have at San Tan Ford. Top to bottom, from technicians to advisors, they get the job right the first time and do their absolute best to make sure you're saving every penny possible! I can't think of a better spot to get your Ford serviced. Colby, my service advisor for the entire time I've gone here, is one of the greats. He gives you realistic options, explains everything remarkably well, and talks through everything with you not from the point of a salesman, but from the view of someone genuinely invested in making sure your vehicle stays running for as long as possible. I sincerely can't recommend this guy enough, he's been awesome every visit!

ST Ford was helpful in my situation !! I'm not happy with Ford and the 10 speed transmission jerkiness in shifting AND Ford not doing anything about it. BUT the service is received frommy service advisor - Robert Pence - was amazing !! He went above & beyond to help me with my situation !! One example being providing me with a copy of my car Fax showing my service and recall notices. After receiving the notice then reaching out and providing me with convenient service right at my home to fix the items. Just awesome! It didn't take one minute of my time. What started out as a frustrating experience turned into the best car buying my wife and ever had, all because of Ellie! I have increasingly good service from San Tan Ford between Quick Lane and the accessories dept. They are very thorough and communicate well. This my choice of service location and repeatedly come here for my service or additions to my Superduties. They seem to be dialed in. 09/19/26 again, had a leaking pinion seal on the rear end and told them I had to wait. They promptly started and were finish in about 2 hours. They got me in and out.

Ford mobile service is one of the best services i have experienced in many many years. 5 star service with skilled quality Technicians! From hose replacement to add ons of oil change and tire rotation, all performed at my home after having my truck towed home the previous night. Repaired the truck bleed the entire cooling system and not one drop on the ground after tech was complete with work. Thank you!

The morning of our oil change, our second Ford vehicle got a flat tire. The tech was so kind to put the spare on for us and top the spare with air (it only had 9psi!). We REALLY appreciated his kindness to do this, we would’ve been in a tough spot otherwise. The technician did superbly with our regular oil change and service and was very kind! Thank you SO MUCH!

The mobile service offered at Santan Ford is the best thing since sliced bread. They are able to come to my location to service my F350 6.7 and perform most major services including oil and fluid changes, filters, tire rotation and even the recalls that were needing to be done. I found this dealer and service because I was exhausted dealing with Autonation which I do NOT recommend. I took my vehicle from Scottsdale down to Santan one time and they explained the mobile service option and I have been using it every since. Manny the tech was so professional and the rest of the staff. Save yourself the time of driving to the dealership or any other auto service center. Use this service

Brought my Lincoln in for a recall and the service was great. They even offered me a complimentary ride home. “Excellent. I’ll take the GT.” “Sir, that’s a display vehicle.” “Then why did you display my ride home?” Honestly, pretty disappointing. You have a 660-hp, twin-turbo V6, carbon-fiber supercar sitting right there, yet apparently it’s not part of the customer shuttle fleet. Otherwise, great service. Five stars. Hopefully management reconsiders its unnecessarily restrictive Ford GT transportation policy. 🤣

If you need to buy a vehicle San Tan Ford is the place to go. Start to finish the process was easy. There was no pressure, no hard sales. Just easy. After inquiring online, Ellie reached out to me about an explorer I was interested in. The whole financing process happened in about 30-40 minutes via text and a couple phone calls. We had one small issue, the floor mats were not the ones on the window sticker, but they immediately ordered them, so the problem was resolved. Emmanuel Benally (Manny) made this the easiest and best car-buying experience I've had. From the beginning, he listened to exactly what I was looking for and somehow found an option that was even better than I expected. We were trading in two vehicles, and one of them decided to develop A/C problems at the worst possible time. Without hesitation, Manny drove it from Casa Grande to San Tan Ford - with the windows down in August in Arizona, in a car with leather seats. We have bought multiple vehicles from San Tan Ford as well as use their service area for oil changes and car repairs. So when it was time to get a new truck, I went to Colby and asked what he felt he saw less of in the repair department. He gave me his honest answer, like he always has and then I went to the sales department and spoke to Tyree. At the time, I told Tyree it would be a couple months but we were looking and just need to know some of the breakdowns of the new trucks that have come out this year. Tyree was very knowledgeable. He was quick and fast knew the answers, didn’t try to hard sell me, and told me when I was ready to give him a call. Two months later, I was ready and because of his patience and not trying to have me buy something right then, I immediately called him back to purchase, at the time we were out of state, but he worked great with me over the phone and text. Tyree was responsive, thorough, and paid attention to all the details that we asked. Tyree was gone that weekend, but he made sure to get his sales manager JD involved so that it was quick and easy when I came to pick up the truck after flying in. I was very impressed with the quick process and would definitely buy more vehicles from them again.

After taking our truck to the Ford dealer where we live and got absolutely nowhere with the service dept, we went to San Tan Ford. We had a great experience with the Service Department. The Service Manager Leslie was so nice and easy to deal with. I told my husband, "You watch...a woman is in charge which means things are going to get done right the first time!" LOL. All kidding aside, everyone in the service department was pleasant and helpful which was much appreciated. Highly recommend San Tan Ford Service Department.

Staff here was such a pleasure, I was super hesitant on what I wanted and not once did I feel pressured into a sale or a vehicle I did not want, Norman and Ellie were top notch and very knowledgeable. First, I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality which these days is rare. She was easy to talk to and kept me updated every step of the way. I have had an incredible experience every time I’ve walked into this dealership. I bought a new 2024 F250 from them, and added a relatively cheap warranty plan to my purchase. After 25,000 miles, the suspension was having issues, and they fixed/replaced everything under warranty without a single question. They even replaced my battery as a free courtesy. Service manager Joshua is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. He also texted me updates throughout the day as they were working on my truck. He originally gave me a 3-day estimated turnaround time, but I came in at 9am on Monday and picked up the truck at 6pm on Tuesday. I didn’t even schedule a service appointment. I was just a walk-in. Fast, quality, professional. 10/10 experience all around. I will always recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Ford.
